Features of crimping machine (1) Each mold seat is processed into a double-sided slope. When the piston in the main oil cylinder moves, the piston and the main oil cylinder cover co-extrude the upper two inclined surfaces of each unit of the die seat, so that the two inclined surfaces of each unit of the mold seat are simultaneously and evenly extruded concentrically. Under the combined action of the inclined surface of the piston and the inclined surface of the cylinder head, the mold seat can generate double the shrinkage force. (2) Since the force of the locking mechanism of this model is shared by the two inclined surfaces of the mold seat, it is not easy to wear and tear. Even if there is a slight wear of the two inclined surfaces, the taper of the withholding will not increase. The length of the seat is designed to be longer, which makes up for the lack of taper when the model is crimped. (3) Mold installation and replacement, using the mold gun to quickly replace 8 molds at one time, which is convenient and fast. (4) The four auxiliary oil cylinders are designed as external type and are connected by threaded connection. Not only is it extremely convenient to replace the seals, but more auxiliary oil cylinders also reduce the system pressure during retraction, so as to prolong the life of the system. (5) The principle of displacement control method is used in the control of the crimping size, and the imported scale adjustment dial is used to control the crimping size, so that the scale value indicated by the scale adjustment dial can correspond to the crimping size one by one, and the accuracy can reach 0.01mm. The crimp control section is provided with selectable manual or automatic devices. (6) The main body adopts a cabinet design, and the center height of the locking mechanism is more suitable for the withholding of large, medium and small rubber hose assemblies, and is suitable for the withholding of large-diameter heavy-duty oil pipes.
