The low-pressure hose is specially assembled, and the hose with a total length of 2m (including joints at both ends) weighs only 500 grams. It greatly reduces the work intensity of the operator, and at the same time has strong softness, free bending, and no dead folds to hinder ventilation. The low pressure hose is resistant to corrosion, high temperature and low temperature (-196℃~+420℃), light weight, small size and good flexibility. Low-pressure hoses are widely used in chemical, mechanical, electronic, electrical, military, aerospace, pipeline, petroleum, textile machinery, electrical insulation, environmental protection and other economic fields. Because the low pressure hose adopts special high-grade PTFE hose, high temperature resistant braided mesh and Japanese advanced technology stainless steel double buckle spiral hose, it is suitable for special environments of high temperature, corrosion and high pressure. Under the pressure of 3kg/cm2, the low-pressure hose can withstand 250°C high temperature steam inside the hose, and the skin temperature does not exceed 60°C to ensure safe operation. The low pressure hose can be used normally under the steam pressure of 10kg/cm2.
