Basic working principle.

The microcomputer system controls the automatic start of the electric pressure test pump, and the high-pressure pump fills the container with water and increases the pressure. When the pressure increases to the working pressure of the specimen, the microcomputer system controls the high-pressure pump to stop (the high-pressure pump does not stop, and the unloading valve at the pump end is unloaded), and the system automatically maintains the pressure. When the set pressure holding time is reached, open the container unloading valve, unload the container, and then automatically print the data strip of the detected pressure.

(1) The test piece stab-proof device. According to actual needs, the test piece can withstand pressure up to 70MPa. In order to avoid leakage during the pressure boosting or pressure maintaining process of the test piece, a 51/2 casing was used as the protective pipe, and each protective pipe was connected in a butt manner to prevent the leaked water from being ejected from the connection. The combination of 6 casings with different lengths can be selected to meet the protection of 9m, 12m, 14m and 18m specimens.

(2) Specimen fixing device. In order to prevent the test piece from jumping due to pressure, the ground anchor is used to fix the protective tube, and the test piece is indirectly fixed. Specifically, the ground anchor is placed on the flat terrain, the T-shaped groove is welded on the ground anchor, the test piece is placed on the protective pipe, the protective pipe is placed on the T-shaped groove, and the protective pipe is fixed with the pressure plate and fixing bolts. Connect with ground anchor. The test piece of the exposed part of the protective tube cannot be directly fixed. The DN50 high-pressure hard pipe is used for connection, and the jumping problem of the exposed specimen is solved by fixing the high-pressure hard pipe.

(3) Specimen connection device. Basic connection: outlet of pressure pump - filling center - high pressure right angle elbow - double short connection - high pressure oil - test piece (high pressure hose) - high pressure oil - blind plug.

The specimen connection adopts 51/2" oil king connection to meet the sealing and tensile strength. In order to meet the matching of pressure test system pipeline and field pipeline, 51/2" right angle elbow and filling heart are used for conversion. The exhaust pressure is controlled by a plug valve, and the end of the plug valve adopts a right-angle pipe. The water pressure is too large when exhausting, and it faces the operator when exhausting.

Work requirements

1 Operator requirements.

According to Article 3.4 of the "People's Republic of China Petroleum and Natural Gas Industry Standards", the use and maintenance of high-pressure pipelines should be subjected to a hydrostatic pressure test after inspection and maintenance or before use. The pressure test personnel shall receive formal training organized by the competent authority and hold the qualification certificate for pressure testing of high-pressure pipelines. After the pressure test personnel have been trained and obtained the qualification certificate of well control inspector, the pressure test work will be arranged.

2 requires the use of equipment.

The "Operation Regulations for High Pressure Hose Pressure Testing Device" has been specially compiled to properly use and maintain the pressure testing system and conduct on-site verification.

3 requires on-site security.

In order to meet the safety requirements for on-site use, the "Specification for Pressure Test of High-Pressure Rubber Hose" and the "Pressure Test System for High-Pressure Rubber Hose" have been issued. It clearly stipulates the safety warning requirements, pressure operation requirements and the scrapping standard after the pressure of the high-pressure hose at the pressure test site.

Site environment requirements.

According to the requirements of the hydrostatic test, there is a three-phase power supply near the test site, the water source is flat and open, and no one enters or leaves. The supporting facilities require a truck crane, a mobile wiring car and an electric control box.

5 operating steps required.

(1) Start

Start the computer, install the system authentication software, and enter the administrator name and password for the administrative settings. The operator logs in and enters the appropriate information. Turn off the switch of the electrical control cabinet. Read the initial value from each dial of the electric control cabinet. Convert the automatic/manual switch and turn on the experimental emergency stop switch. Turn on the air pump switch, set the cylinder pressure to 0.6Mpa and the outlet pressure to 0.4Mpa (when the pressure test is S70MPa). Open the exhaust valve on the unloading side.

(2) Empty and fill with water.

Remote control to set stress test parameters and stress protection time for each stress test stage. Set the water injection pressure value, and then start water injection. Observe the degree of drainage of the decompression end of the object. When no bubbles overflow from the decompression end, stop water injection, close the decompression end and lock. Turn on the water filling device again. When the water injection pressure reaches 1MPa, the system will automatically close the water injection program. After the water injection is completed, the personnel should check the connection parts of the pipeline, each part is connected reliably and there is no medium leakage, and then the next operation can be carried out. If a leak is found, the pressure should be relieved, retightened, and the filling process repeated. After the water injection began, personnel were evacuated to a safe area. The system enters automatic control mode.

(3) Boost and maintain pressure.

When the gas road pressure meets the requirements, the remote control selects the operation button, the pump-side poppet valve is closed, the electric pressure test pump starts to work, the high-pressure reciprocating valve opens and increases the pressure; when the system pressure reaches the set pressure value, the electric pressure test pump automatically Shut off the pressure test line and pump to maintain pressure.

(4) Pressure relief

Depending on the operator's settings, decompression can be divided into two types. Manual decompression means to open the handwheel of the decompression valve to eliminate the system pressure after the pressure maintenance is completed. Automatic decompression should be set early in the setup process. After the pressure maintenance is completed, the pressure reducing valve will automatically open and remove the system pressure (usually, it will stop when the pressure reduction reaches 0.7MPa). If complete disassembly is required, turn the relief valve handwheel for further relief).

(5) Close the job.

After completing the work, fill in the corresponding inspection certificate and print the inspection report; after completing the work, open the pressure relief end, and the pressure test medium flows out; replace the test piece or remove the pressure test device.
