In addition to good physical properties, high-pressure rubber pipe rubber materials must also have good process performance and vulcanization performance during the production process of high-pressure rubber pipes. Process performance mainly refers to self-adhesion, tube blank, fluidity, fluidity and extrudability. The vulcanization performance includes vulcanization speed, scorch resistance, vulcanization flatness, vulcanization reversion and so on. Therefore, the selection of vulcanizing agents and accelerators is very important for the design of high-pressure rubber tube rubber material formulations.

The accelerator group of the secondary sulfonamide accelerator is the same as that of the thiazole accelerator, but it also has an anti-focusing group and an active group, which overcomes the shortcoming of the scorching time of the sulfur accelerator. Wang Bing and others [5] pointed out that the accelerator DZ molecule contains two rings and one benzene ring, which has a large retarding effect. Followed by accelerators DM, CZ, NS and M, there is not much difference between accelerators DM and CZ, accelerator NS is slightly smaller, and accelerator M is quite different, which determines that accelerator DZ has great processing safety and Anti-focus effect. Therefore, the selection of secondary sulfonamide accelerators can prevent the high pressure hose colloid from burning during extrusion and ensure the safety during extrusion.

The adhesion between the rubber and the copper-coated steel wire mainly depends on the adsorption capacity of the sulfide in the adsorption center of the metal surface. The secondary sulfonamide accelerator rubber material has good adhesion, mainly because the critical temperature of the sulfide of the secondary sulfonamide accelerator is higher than 140 ℃, and it has a long induction period and a wide vulcanization plane range, which can ensure the rubber There is enough time before vulcanization to form sufficient adsorption active centers, and it can quickly reach the positive vulcanization point after vulcanization. The NBR rubber material containing secondary sulfonamide accelerator DZ has longer induction period and longer scorch time. The rubber material has sufficient flow time before the sulfide to ensure sufficient time for the formation of the adsorption active center and the adsorption of the sulfide, so as to ensure the sufficient reaction between the sulfide and the copper plating layer, which is beneficial to improve the bonding strength. Therefore, in the design of the high-pressure rubber tube rubber material, in order to ensure the adhesion between the rubber material and the copper-plated steel wire, it is more appropriate to select a secondary sulfonamide accelerator, of which D2 has excellent adhesion.
