1. For the ferrule type pipe joint, most of the pipes are subjected to a large external force or impact force, which causes the ferrule to be loose or the end face of the pipe is deformed to cause leakage. Whether the end is in good condition and the compression degree of the ferrule nut, etc., and also eliminate the external force of the pipeline.
2. For flared pipe joints, mostly due to excessive flaring, unsatisfactory quality or repeated disassembly, resulting in leakage of flaring deformation or cracks, at this time, the front end can be cut off for re-flaring. If the male and female cone top pressure is used for sealing, the leakage is mostly due to the damage of the two cone surfaces, and the cone surfaces can be ground with grinding sand. 3. In some occasions where the "о" ring is used to seal against the end face or outer diameter, the reasons for the leakage are as follows: "о" ring is aging or deformed to cause leakage; "о" ring is not assembled properly, so that the two When the plane is connected, the pressure is uneven or the "о" ring is cut to cause leakage; the "о" ring is not compacted, and the amount of elastic deformation is insufficient to cause leakage; the "о" ring groove is too deep to cause leakage. In this regard, it is necessary to re-select the "о" ring with the same outer diameter and thicker section, or the sealing plane with the spigot groove can be cut or ground to reduce the depth of the spigot groove and make the "о" The ring has sufficient elastic deformation (compression should generally be between 0.35-0.65mm).
4. For leakage at the pipe joints using oil-resistant rubber sheet, wool felt, mild steel cardboard, combined sealing gasket or sealant, no matter what the material is, first check whether the seal is damaged, deformed, aged and rough. and so on, and then take appropriate measures.
