Common problems of high pressure hose

1. External adhesive layer failure:

(1) There is a crack on the outer table of the hose

The cause of the bulge on the outer surface of the hose is the poor quality of the hose produced or the improper use of the work.

(3) The high pressure hose is not broken, but the oil penetrates a lot

The hose seeped a lot of oil, but no cracks were found. The reason is that when the high-pressure oil flows through the hose, the inner bridge is eroded, scratched, and penetrated into the wire layer in a large area.

(4) The outer rubber layer of the hose is seriously deteriorated, and micro-cracks appear on the surface, which is the manifestation of natural aging of the hose. Due to aging and deterioration, the outer layer is constantly oxidized, the surface is covered with an ozone layer, which thickens over time, and the hose is slightly bent in use, and small cracks may appear. 2. Failure of the inner rubber layer of the high-pressure hose:

(1) The rubber layer in the hose is hard and has cracks. The main reason is that plasticizers are added to rubber products to make the hose flexible and malleable. However, if the hose is overheated, the plasticizer may escape.

(2) The rubber layer in the hose is seriously deteriorated and expands significantly. The rubber layer in the hose is seriously deteriorated. (2) When the hose needs to cross or work, apply protective devices such as hose clamps or springs where friction on the mechanical surface may occur to prevent damage to the outside of the hose.

(3) When the high-pressure hose needs to be bent, the bending radius cannot be too small, and must be more than 9 times the outer diameter. There must be a straight segment 2 times larger than the outside diameter of the pipe where the hose and fitting are connected.

(4) When installing the high-pressure hose, do not tighten it. Even if there is no relative movement at both ends of the hose, keep the hose loose. A tensioned hose expands under pressure and loses strength.

(5) Do not twist the hose during installation. A little twist on the hose will reduce the strength and the fitting will loosen, assemble with the hose tightened to the hose rather than the fitting.
